Our mission
domeba has made it its mission to make the world of work safer, simpler and more sustainable for everyone. To this end, the company develops digital solutions and tools for health protection, occupational safety, quality and environmental management. By using these solutions, the number of accidents in companies can be reduced, the cost of occupational safety measures can be reduced, and the consumption of resources in all areas can be controlled and reduced.
domeba is one of the leading providers of compliance management software in Germany. The owner-managed family business was founded in 1998 by Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Domes. domeba is active in Germany and other European countries, including France, Denmark, Switzerland, and Poland. Around 120 team members contribute to the company’s success at the headquarters in Chemnitz.

Social responsibility
domeba creates a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, focusing on organic growth and resource-efficient work. As a long-standing employer in Chemnitz, the company is aware of its economic, ecological, and social responsibility. The focus is on supporting projects for a healthy, young, and green Chemnitz.
For example, domeba focuses on local and national competitive sports through sponsorship measures. This includes the partnership with the Niners Chemnitz basketball club. Another focus is on promoting cultural projects such as the Chemnitz Film Nights. domeba also actively helps shape Chemnitz’s natural landscape through environmental projects. For example, we planted over 6,000 trees for the Sechsruthenwald forest in Chemnitz Glösa.
For the “domeba Herzensprojekte“ campaign, employees can regularly suggest clubs and organisations for donations. In the past, numerous environmental and animal protection projects, as well as family aid organisations, have been supported in this way.
The domebians
As an owner-managed family business with an international sphere of influence, domeba thrives on the commitment of all team members. The opinions, ideas, and expectations of each individual count to develop the performance and spirit of the family business further. The team is made up of different characters with a wide range of skills who work together on sustainable company development. The main focus is on software development, marketing, sales and consulting. This ensures the successful implementation of projects and companies‘ subsequent use of software solutions.
