The success story of domeba began with its foundation in January 1998 when the internet was far from being as popular, mature and fast as it is today. After the development of a prototype we presented the first independently developed software product in 2003: LeManSys. With this innovative instruction software companies were able to set and maintain their own and individually adapted instruction contents for the first time. Legally required instructions could now be carried out independent of time and place.
Our learning management system LeManSys immediately aroused the interest of the experts. Especially the intuitive handling and the independence from system providers set new standards. Right from the start we set the highest standards for user-friendliness and functionality of our software solutions.

iManSys - for all compliance requirements
In recent years we have further expanded our product range. By combining all individual services in a modular software package iManSys was created – a software solution for all compliance requirements in companies. Many well-known customers and numerous awards prove that we are on the right track.
Today we offer with our iManSys product family software solutions for your company for different areas in the fields of occupational health and safety. This includes employee instruction, risk assessment, competence management, occupational health care, document publishing and employee motivation. iManSys supports management and safety experts in meeting all compliance requirements in their company.
We have an international partner network and support customers from all industries. Well thought-out concepts, powerful products, clear ideas, motivated employees and many years of experience are our recipe for success and still determine the product development in our company today.
Since May 2019 Jens Fabian has been appointed as a further managing director at domeba. While the founder and CEO Matthias Domes is primarily responsible for product development, Fabian is in charge of marketing, consulting and sales. Together with the entire domeba team both pursue the goal of sustainably driving growth and meeting the challenges of the market with the right solutions.
