DoManSys™ is a special kind of document management system. It assures that employees are provided exactly the information they require for their particular work.

In DoManSys™ operational records, forms and preprints up to complete manuals can be stored and provided to any authorized person.

DoManSys™ allows directing, versioning and archiving documents according to the norms. DoManSys™ assures that only the valid version of a document is available.

The current document only exists once in the system but can be provided in different contexts. Revisions only have to be made at one location but may have effect on the whole system.

Users automatically can be informed about changes on selected documents and folders.

Visualization in DoManSys™ corresponds to the handling of actual documents, allowing intuitive operation and creating the feeling of familiarity in the user, thus ensuring a high acceptance in the company.
